Established in March of 1984 the Samoan Service Providers Association (SSPA) mission was initially to provide support services exclusively to the Samoan Community in Hawaii. Since then SSPA has identified other community populations that could benefit from its programs and in 1999 has expanded its services to include the Native American, Low Income, Immigrant and Refugee communities in Hawaii.
