Hawaii Employee Assistance Services (HEAS) is a division of Child and Family Service (CFS), a private, not for profit agency which has been providing counseling and social services to Hawaii's families since 1899. HEAS was the first employee assistance program (EAP) in the state of Hawaii and currently provides services on all Hawaiian Islands as well as Guam and Saipan. HEAS is affiliated with a number of national and international providers of EAP services and is capable of providing services outside the state of Hawaii.
